CERTIFIED PERSONAL TRAINER
Most personal trainers in the industry start their fitness career in their early 20's, I chose to start mine in my 30's. Why? Simple - similar to many mothers, I chose to get married, have children early in life. Despite being an active person from a young age, I wasn't into fitness until after my second child when I decided I wanted to get my body back.

Most trainers will try to impress you with courses you'd think are ancient Chinese cities, but for me it's about simple and efficient methods. My goal is to help people who want to make the change, start their own journey to a healthier lifestyle, and "ENJOY" doing it.

Joy isn't a body builder, she's a functional trainer. She believes in working out more than one muscle at a time, maximizing your effort and energy, for a more wholesome approach with better results.
